The Strengthening Networks in the Great Lakes project focuses on understanding and assessing relationships among these organizations and on finding opportunities to strengthen connections for greater collective impact. The project is grounded Social Network Analysis (SNA), which applies innovative data visualization tools to map how organizations connect and interact with one another, and to identify opportunities to share information and experiences and to improve coordination and collaboration.
Since 2001 we have designed and led meetings aimed at finding creative, durable and broadly supported solutions to complex environmental and related problems that benefit from the expertise of many players and organizational perspectives. In partnership with you, we tackle challenges like clean water, sustainably managed forests, vibrant communities, and climate change. We work with you to advance strong, effective organizations that provide the foundation for multi-organizational work, and support you in catalyzing multi-organizational collaborative solutions.
